Both born in Gdansk, Poland, Malgosia embarked on the journey to Los Angeles, CA with Ania as a baby and decided to chase the American dream. Now living in Malibu, their shared passion for travel, art, design and sustainability has led them to create innovative, eco-conscious fashion & home product lines that have been making waves in the industry. Drawing inspiration from their roots, travels into over 50 countries, hard work, vast experience in the industry and the laid-back luxury of living in Malibu, their trademarked brand, HOUSE OF MALIBU, embraces a unique contemporary, ready-to-wear elegance, fused with traditional artistry, and laid-back vibes.
MALGOSIA, with over 28 years of ownership over Malgosia Migdal Design, an Interior Design and Architecture firm based in Malibu and Beverly Hills, has a keen eye for creating high-end, beautiful, and artistically curated spaces. Her passion for contemporary design and thoughtful attention-to-detail has earned her a reputation as a leading expert in the industry.
ANIA brings over 15 years of experience in the Fashion Industry specifically in Product Development and Production for many large brand retailers such as Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Saks Fifth Ave., Bloomingdales, Macy’s, and many more. Her expertise in creating and bringing products to market has been invaluable in the creation of HOUSE OF MALIBU®.
Their powers combined, they've crafted a line up of eco-friendly treasures brimming with artisanal charm, coastal sophistication, and practicality. Their creative synergy has birthed a top-tier collection melding artisanal elegance with designer chic.
